International Business and Management Studies

IBMS, a full-time study leading to the internationally recognised Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International- Marketing, Management, Finance and Accounting or Betriebswirtschaft.

International Business and Management Studies is a BBA programme fully in the English language. In the first year, business related subjects are linked by a practical business case; Marketing, Management Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business English Communication. Students apply the knowledge acquired in their roles as consultants for a company needing advice and develop a business plan.
The second year consists of in-depth international business subjects that prepare you for the year abroad such as Supply Chain Management, Business Research Methods, Intercultural Competences in Business and Career Training and Development.
One of the greatest opportunities at IBS is the year abroad. During your third year, you will spend a semester studying at one of our 50 partner schools abroad and a semester working in a company abroad.
In the fourth year, the focus is on deepening knowledge relating to your specialisation and final graduation project.
Graduates pursue management careers in international companies, in positions such as: Area Manager, Export manager, Business Development Manager,International Marketing Manager, Business Analyst, Supply Chain Manager.
